This fabulous 3 tier cake is covewred in rolled fondant and features Mardi Gras themed deco. Fondant diamonds in those signature colors adorn the top and bottom tier while a fabulous circled border wraps the middle. A fondant 2001 sits in front along with the congratulations message.
